The trainers utilize their background in instructional methods and educational technology to engage participants.  Root Communication uses real life examples and challenges participants to choose the correct course of action in example scenarios.  Participants are periodically quizzed to measure progress.  We also encourage dialogue to flush out questions and shed light on confusing material.
