Root Communication provides onsite training. Root Communication emphasizes tailoring its training sessions to each organization’s specific needs and business objectives. We are willing to organize a unique combination of training sessions. California law requires that sexual harassment training for supervisors be a minimum of two hours via live classroom training, webinar, or online e-learning. Live training is highly recommended because it allows for discussions and a more in-depth understanding of various perspectives. An understanding of competent workplace conduct is more appropriately explored in a real life context. Additionally, in live classroom training, questions can be addressed to an adequate depth with the skilled trainer.

Root Communication strongly encourages providing sexual harassment training to all employees. Training all employees adds another layer of protection against liability.
3-Hour Supervisor Training
Root Communication encourages extending the mandatory sexual harassment training an additional hour in order to discuss sexual harassment issues to an adequate depth.
2-Hour Supervisor Training
Compliant sexual harassment training for supervisors, meeting all AB 1825 regulations.
