2-Hour-Supervisor-Training

Root Communication provides compliant sexual harassment training, meeting AB 1825 regulations.  We also offer supervisors guidance on how to effectively manage sexual harassment situations.  All AB 1825 subject areas will be addressed, including but not limited to, an understanding of the law, such as the Civil Rights Act, recent court decisions, real life examples, and a review of your organization’s policy.  While meeting these obligations, Root Communication is dedicated to creating an open and engaging atmosphere.  Because of their communication backgrounds, the trainers are experts at delivering presentations and fostering an environment that encourages participation.

* Sexual Harassment training for supervisors covers topics that may not need to be included for all employees, such as investigating harassment complaints and resolving complaints.  Root Communication offers customized training sessions, giving organizations the option of training employees and supervisors separately or combining all employees in a single training session and adding a supplemental training session for supervisors only.
